The City of Hanford's Housing programs are targeted to Hanford's very low to moderate-income families and are subject to the availability of program funds. Douty Street. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Fridays. For TDD/TYY Dial 711. The City offers Spanish-speaking personnel for the needs of the community.

Homeowners seeking emergency repair assistance, as well as individuals interested in joining the interest list for the first-time homebuyer program, must complete the Housing Division's pre-screening form below in detail. For all other inquiries, please provide your name, phone number, email address, any comments, and the name of the person who referred you in the designated section. Additionally, make sure to include any necessary uploads, such as the vendor setup form and W-9.
